Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using NoveuFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. NoveuFlow is operated by Noveu Solutions, based in the Netherlands. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

NoveuFlow provides appointment scheduling and business management software as a self-hosted WordPress plugin and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; no cancellation fees apply. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Free plan

NoveuFlow offers a free plan with limited usage. No credit card is required for the free plan. To access paid features, you must select a paid plan. Free demos are available on request and carry no obligation to purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Transmit malicious code or disrupt service availability
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

6. Data ownership

All data you enter into the NoveuFlow plugin resides on your own server. You own your data. Noveu Solutions does not access, sell, or share data stored within the self-hosted plugin.

7. Intellectual property

The NoveuFlow software, brand, and documentation are the intellectual property of Noveu Solutions. Your licence to use the software is limited to the terms of your active subscription and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noveu Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NoveuFlow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
